job summary: Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years ... MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): ? Minumum of 3 years experience with reading/interpreting fiber construction as-builts and fiber splicing cut sheets or schematics. ? Minumum of 3 years experience with modifying and creating linear and reputed company features and attributes from documentation in VZ-3GIS or similar GIS application. ?
