RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Recognize interpretation and evaluates inconsistencies discrepancies and inaccuracies in medical dictation and appropriate documents. ? Use reference materials appropriately and reputed company to facilitate the accuracy clarity and completeness of reports. ? Meet quality and productivity standards and deadlines established by the employer. ? Verify patient information for accuracy and completeness. ? Format reports according to established guidelines. ? Demonstrate an understanding of the medicolegal implications and responsibilities reputed company to the transcription of patient records. ?
