We aim to offer flexibility to our Fundraising Specialists to work a schedule that suits their needs. Our standard shift hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST or Sundays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST with Friday reputed company from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST. While we occasionally offer longer evening or morning shifts for extra hours, this is not guaranteed. What is the salary? Our starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with pay increases after 90 days, six months, and one year. After one year of employment, you will receive $15.00 per hour, along with accrued paid time off!
