We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Banking/Finance industry in Indiana, United States. ?We are hiring aggressively, and have recruiters on standby to interview you anytime between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (though we are hiring in more than just eastern time zones!) In this permanent work-at-home role, you will take your exemplary customer service skills, patience, understanding and compassion to answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members or customers. Experience Required for Your reputed company • At least High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year call center experience required • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required • Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in work environment • Tech support experience is strongly preferred • Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or reputed company web-based applications • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues • Strong written and oral communication skills • Problem-solving skills • Dedicated area to work from in your home • Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wireless access/WIFI is not permitted Apply Job!
