Position: Customer Support Representative (Full-Time) Location: Americus, GA (Fully Remote) Job Summary: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for completing inbound/outbound clinical trial recruitment screenings, patient scheduling, and support services for clinical studies. Providing outstanding customer service to patients, reputed company providers, and other stakeholders is our first reputed company. Through phone, email, and chat interactions, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every interaction. Work Schedule: This is a full-time (up to 40 hours per week) position.
