This is a remote, overnight position based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The ability to attend in person meetings and trainings at our Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office is required. The incumbent will possess high attention to detail, the ability to work independently with little supervision, and quickly adapt to changes in a fast – paced work environment. This role is considered Essential Duty Personnel and is required to work as scheduled, including weekends and holidays, regardless of weather conditions. Job Purpose Summary: The primary role of reputed company Specialist, Road Services, is to receive and handle requests from members for Roadside Assistance and coordinate services with reputed company Central Penn’s extensive contractor network.
