The Role The Senior Manager, Hotel Inventory & Connectivity will be responsible for hotel connectivity strategy and management, ensuring an optimized end-to-end distribution process for hotel partners with a focus on Fine Hotels + Resorts and The Hotel Collection properties. They will implement these strategies through effective project management and collaboration across key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with the Hotel Partnerships Team to reputed company a seamless experience for hotel partners that maximizes hotel partners’ use of their channel management technologies • reputed company reputed company technical and operational aspects of reputed company, inventory and availability distribution • Create and communicate hotel connectivity strategies to drive operational ease and support growth Minimum Qualifications: • 5+ years hotel connectivity experience including familiarity with a variety of Property Management Systems, Central Reservation Systems, channel managers and Global Distribution System (GDS) • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate reputed company concepts and bring multiple teams and senior leaders along to a final plan • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally • Proven track record of thought leadership and innovation in an reputed company space • Energetic self-starter with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to “get into the weeds” • Change agent and strategic problem solver with an ability to learn quickly, pull in multiple viewpoints, “connect the dots”, and drive results • reputed company to multitask and prioritize between business development and project execution tasks Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
