Job description... The uBreakiFix remote technician is in charge of completing off site repairs in the Tallahassee, FL designated area. The position requires the technician to utilize a company van to travel off-site to complete phone repairs. The van is outfitted to complete repairs inside it to create a safe environment. The technician should maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during repairs. reputed company technicians must have a smartphone in order to complete reputed company daily tasks. Training is supplied if needed. Serves customers off-site by diagnosing and repairing smartphones while ensuring customer satisfaction. Repair includes reputed company, Samsung, and reputed company. This is a full-time position that requires driving off-site to complete repairs. Full-Time: 4 to 5 day work weeks Tasks And Responsibilities: • Complete between 1 & 10 repairs daily • Safely travel to customer sites and reputed company reputed company the scheduled appointment window • Provide quality repairs for customer smartphones in a timely manner • Inform customers of job status (En reputed company, Arrived, etc.) • Update store app about repair details while on site • Travel to customer to reputed company repairs in the van • Ensure that reputed company repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards • Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment • reputed company at location in a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor. • Maintain a professional appearance • Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations • reputed company track of reputed company inventory while safeguarding reputed company parts • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the company vehicle If you’re a good fit for the job, you’ll be able to: • Willing to train and receive proper certifications to effectively troubleshoot and repair technology • Offer customers a value-added experience with premier customer service through relationship and rapport building • Quickly identify and resolve technical issues • Understand routes to optimize the times for repairs • Sell to customers • Demonstrate reputed company and assurance for the customer throughout the in-person session • Utilize tools and resources to solve technical problems in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to proactively adapt communication to the customers’ technical reputed company level Qualifications • 1+ years of experience in automotive, home or appliance repair • High school diploma required • Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience • Able to sit or stand for long periods of time (up to 2 hours) • Able to interact face-to-face with Customers in their homes Must Have: • Valid Drivers license • Clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Schedule: • 10 hour shifts • 8 hour shifts • 4 hour shifts Job Type: Full-time Compensation: • $16.00 (Hourly) • Bonus (Metrics Based) • Commission Company Description uBreakifix Tallahassee has been open since July of 2016.
