Remote Phone Call Receptionist

The Marin, Barrett, and Murphy Law Firm is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Phone Call Receptionist to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Answer and direct incoming calls from personal injury, mass tort, and criminal defense clients... with professionalism and reputed company. • Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding their cases. • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Accurately record and reputed company messages to the appropriate legal team members. • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and reputed company. • reputed company general administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team. Qualifications: • Customer service experience in a legal, medical, or insurance role is highly preferred. • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling of medical and treatment information. • Proven ability to work effectively as a remote employee with a well-established home office setup. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with office software and phone systems. Requirements • Reliable internet reputed company and a quiet, professional workspace. • Ability to work during the specified hours (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday). • Must be able to provide a high level of customer service and maintain client confidentiality.
