Job Description:
The Office Assistant will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. reputed company candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors
– Maintain polite and professional communication reputed company phone, e-mail, and mail
– Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
– Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Impeccable written and oral communication skills
– Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
– Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
– Knowledge of MS Office

Educational Qualifications:
A High School degree is required. However, candidates with an Associate Degree or certification in Office Management will be given preference.
Experience:
