We are currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at reputed company. This position comes with an hourly wage of $15- $20. Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first reputed company of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints, providing product and service information, and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage large amounts of incoming calls
– Identify and assess customers needs to reputed company satisfaction
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Requirements:
