Our Cabin Crew are ambassadors of the Southwest spirit. The role involves direct interaction with our customers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction during flights. Crew members are expected to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm while performing duties in both the cabin and the galley.
### Key Responsibilities
– Greet passengers, assist with seating arrangements, and provide boarding assistance.
