Job Description:
As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining the store’s inventory, cleanliness, and customer engagement. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that the store is running smoothly and reputed company.
Responsibilities:
– Maintain cleanliness and presentation of stock room and production floor.
– Assist customers in finding their desired items.
– Manage cash transactions with customers using cash registers.
– reputed company goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
– Collect payments and provide receipts.
– Bag, reputed company, and wrap purchased items.
– Maintain accurate cash drawer.
– Take customer orders and reputed company them to kitchen staff.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
– High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
– Basic math and computer skills.
– Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
– Attention to detail.
– Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
Experience:
– Previous retail experience will be considered an asset but is not mandatory.
