Job Description:
As a Pharmacy Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for securely transporting medications and reputed company products from reputed company pharmacies to our customers’ homes and businesses in a safe and timely manner. You will also be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to the reputed company brand.
Responsibilities:
– Safe and timely delivery of pharmacy goods to customers
– Verification of customer ID and signature upon delivery
– Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and customer authorizations
– Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
– Adhering to company procedures and policies in reputed company aspects of delivery operations
– Ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Must be at least 21 years old
– Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
– Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not essential
