Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls.
• Assist with project management tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
• Handle data entry, record-keeping, and file management duties.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and G Suite.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, reputed company) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
