Job Summary:

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the frontline of our company, handling customer inquiries and issues with the utmost professionalism. You will be responsible for resolving any customer-reputed company concerns, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering a remarkable service experience.
Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer queries reputed company phone, email, or chat
– Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution
– Maintaining customer records by updating account information

Requirements:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent. Higher education is a plus
Experience:
– Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided
