We are seeking remote customer service representatives who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions. You will provide support, schedule appointments, and promote products and services while upholding our company's standards and policies. Responsibilities • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. • Effectively communicate with customers, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. • Utilize sales techniques to upsell products and services when appropriate. • Schedule appointments using provided business-to-customer formats. • Stay informed about campaign details, including products, services, and promotions. Requirements • Minimum of one year of call center experience with familiarity using automatic dialers and call scripting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional voice. • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and a customer-focused approach. • Ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. • Sales experience preferred. • High School diploma or equivalent (GED). • Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating software systems. • Experience in outbound call environments is advantageous. Work From Home Requirements • PC or laptop with Windows 10 operating system (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible). • Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable). • USB-connected headset. • Webcam for virtual meetings and monitoring. • Dedicated workspace free from distractions, including pets and children.
