The LTSS Director, Clinical Health Services (Director), will partner closely with the LTSS Executive Director, Market CEO, DSNP Senior Leadership Clinical Health Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and State Agencies to build a transparent and trusting relationships while meeting federal and state objectives. Travel will be approximately 25% for team meetings and meetings with the State as needed Required Qualifications 5+ years LTSS leadership Management of field-based care management teams 10+ years managed care experience Active and unrestricted clinical licensure (RN or BH) in Virginia or reciprocity if licensed in another state Ability to reputed company business cases for new staffing investments and work with finance to secure funding reputed company additional staff are warranted. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
