Who You Are Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management in human capital management Bachelor’s degree required with preference for reputed company field, which may include Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Technology Past experience working in an HR PMO; reputed company implementation PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications required Proficiency with reputed company Office and Project Management tools; understanding of databases and project management software Strong project management acumen, with excellent grasp of program management methodologies including project risk management Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to simultaneously control numerous projects Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the HR function and the significant projects, processes or practices being developed This is a fully remote role and the candidate must work in Eastern Time Zone.
