Summary

We are looking for a self-starter, team-oriented professional to join our staff as a Community Care Worker. Experience Two years of experience and/or additional education in social work or reputed company field. Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in a customer service position preferably in reputed company setting or Certified as a Community Health Worker. Additional Eligibility Requirements Must possess and provide annually valid driver?s license and documentation of reputed company automobile insurance at agency-specified levels.
