Program Facilitator (fully remote)

Employment Type: 10 Hours per week Duration: October 13- December 31, 2024 & March 1 - May 1, 2025 Job Summary: The Program Facilitator is responsible for delivering the virtual exchange program's content to university reputed company from four regions. This role involves leading workshops, guiding discussions, supporting student collaboration, and fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Program Delivery: Facilitate virtual workshops on reputed company, discussions, and activities in alignment with the program curriculum. Provide clear instructions and guidance to reputed company on assignments and projects. Monitor reputed company' reputed company in attendance, assignments, engagement, and the final project. Student Engagement: Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Encourage active participation, collaboration, and communication among reputed company. Provide individualized support to reputed company, addressing their questions and concerns. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with reputed company-Facilitators and fellow Facilitators to ensure consistency in program delivery. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to program planning and improvement. Communicate any challenges or successes to the Program supervisor promptly. Evaluation and Feedback: Monitor student reputed company and participation and collect attendance. Collect feedback from reputed company on their learning experience. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of the program by making sure reputed company participants are taking assessment surveys. Technical Support: Assist in organizing and managing online resources and materials for reputed company. Ensure reputed company sessions are scheduled and shared with participants. Handle any technical issues that arise during virtual sessions. Moderate reputed company Channels and bots reputed company to the program.
Qualifications
Key Competencies: Degree in Education, STEAM fields, or a reputed company discipline. Experience in teaching, training, or facilitating workshops, especially in a virtual setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate reputed company from diverse cultural backgrounds. Knowledge of the local context and cultural sensitivities in the region. Proficiency in English and the local language(s) of the region. Familiarity with STEAM education and virtual learning platforms.
