Proficiency in CRM tools and social media management software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues. Responsibilities Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner. Create compelling social media content that aligns with Tesla?s brand and objectives. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies. Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
