Tesla is seeking a dynamic Social Media and Customer Service Associate to join our innovative team. Requirements • Bachelor?s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and customer service roles. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). • Proficiency in CRM tools and social media management software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • High level of empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and issues. Responsibilities • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner. • Create compelling social media content that aligns with Tesla?s brand and objectives. • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and engagement. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies. • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently. • Maintain a positive and engaging online presence to enhance customer loyalty. • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Tesla remains a leader in the market.
