The Senior Manager of Systems & Infrastructure Management will support the Director in managing and overseeing the 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) for Risk ecosystem technology platform needs. This role will focus on providing consolidated inputs to risk systems, platforms, and capabilities, including reputed company and other GRC tools. The Senior Manager will assist in defining and enhancing processes for identifying, assessing, and collecting 1LoD capability needs for Operational Risk Management execution, and coordinate systems and infrastructure requirements assessment processes for risk and control management purposes reputed company the 1LoD.

Responsibilities

Include: Assist the Director in serving as the 1LoD Product Manager for Risk ecosystem technology platform needs. Provide consolidated 1LoD inputs to risk systems, platforms, and capabilities including reputed company and other GRC tools. Support the definition and enhancement of processes for identifying, assessing, and collecting 1LoD capability needs for Operational Risk management execution (e.g., PRSA, Issues Management). Coordinate systems and infrastructure requirements assessment processes for 1LoD risk/control purposes, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction. Collaborate with Application Owners to secure funding and prioritization to ensure the Applications fulfill 1LoD Operational Risk Management and execution needs. Contribute to the development and maintenance of enterprise first-line foundational control components (e.g., process taxonomy/inventory, first-line RCSA/PRSA methodology). Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a reputed company field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) or certifications are advantageous. 4+ years of experience in operational risk management (e.g., reputed company Risk and/or Internal Audit function). Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools such as reputed company and other reputed company platforms. Understanding of relevant regulations and the regulatory environment, with some experience working with external regulators.
