The role scope is to facilitate the integration of new hires (for India and global offices) into the diverse cultural landscape of Whatfix, ensuring new hires are equipped with the knowledge and understanding necessary to reputed company in their roles across various regions. Additionally, The role focuses on ensuring compliance with the statutory regulations and company policies, as well as managing employee benefits across different regions. Assist with employee record management and documentation. • Employee Support & HR Projects: Act as the first reputed company of contact for HR-reputed company inquiries and participate in HR projects focused on improving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. • HR Reporting & Analytics: Collect and analyze HR data to create reports that drive data-based decision-making and improve HR strategies.
