Key Responsibilities • Spearhead asset management initiatives while guaranteeing precise inventory tracking. • Formulate and assess diverse logistics reports and plans, encompassing ILS Plans, Training Plans, and Maintenance Plans. • Analyze mission and support scenarios, converting them into implementable logistics requirements. • Conduct thorough evaluations of availability, reliability, and maintainability. • Create and validate critical government deliverables, including Plans of Instruction and Trainee Guides. • Assess logistics system options and provide informed recommendations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business development, and advanced projects, to pinpoint challenges and devise solutions. • Engage in initiatives aimed at process development and enhancement. Required Skills • Profound comprehension of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and technical services. • Proven experience in leading asset management efforts. • Proficiency in developing and analyzing various logistics reports and plans. • Strong insights into availability, reliability, and maintainability analysis. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Outstanding organizational skills coupled with a keen attention to detail. • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or a related field is essential. • Experience in leading teams and managing logistics initiatives is highly desirable.
