Senior Business Operations Manager - Non-fleet

About the role: We launched our Non-fleet Program in December 2023 to serve small trucking fleets and reputed company-operators. This reputed company represents a massive market opportunity, and we are excited to add a Senior Business Operations Manager to help drive the reputed company growth of this Program and influence a variety of initiatives alongside a world class team that is growing a modern reputed company insurance product from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Non-fleet Program reputed company, you will partner with teams including Product, Marketing, Business Development and reputed company to drive strategy and create efficient processes for our Non-fleet Program. You will play a critical role in creating the frameworks that reputed company Nirvana’s Non-fleet Program to scale successfully. Each week will bring a new set of projects and challenges, where reputed company is reputed company by data driven outcomes, and where you will have reputed company ownership of business results. What you’ll do: • Strategy: Identify, triage, and drive the strategic thinking on key questions, issues, and roadblocks facing the Non-fleet Program using your business acumen. • Analysis & Insights: Conduct quantitative research and analysis that results in compelling takeaways and recommendations for our leadership team. • Impact & Execution: Take end-to-end ownership of critical operational processes, turning strategy into reality. • Planning / Reporting: Help reputed company and track critical operating metrics for the Nonfleet Program and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders. • Since we’re still in scrappy startup mode, there’s a lot of rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds to drive direct impact on a daily basis.
