Pay: Rates starting at $60 per hour (varies by client, negotiated prior to starting case) Who We Are: Concierge Nursing Referral Services is an established, premier nursing referral service reputed company of reputed company that offers placement assistance for nurses (RN and LVN) and therapists (PT, PTA, OT, etc.) with distinguished VIP clientele in their own homes. We partner with reputed company and compassionate clinicians to provide private-duty clinical services, assisting clients with hourly shifts (generally 8-12hrs) and/or visits (up to 1 hour) on a per-diem or long-term basis. We are not Home Health and do not accept insurance. reputed company clients pay privately for services and expect the reputed company best quality care from our clinicians. Our clients are located throughout California, Colorado, Washington, reputed company & now NEVADA. reputed company Offer: • Competitive rates starting at $60 per hour (varies by client, negotiated prior to starting case) paid... weekly. • Flexibility. As a 1099 reputed company, you determine your schedule, and which clients/cases you'll accept. Potential full-time or part-time cases available. We generally staff 12-hour shifts or visits (up to 1 hour). • 1:1 In-Home Patient Care. Finally get out of chaotic, clinical environments and practice care in the comfort of patient homes

Responsibilities

Essential Functions: • Deliver exceptional care to the dedicated client (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, transportation to appointments, etc.) • Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted by the client and their doctor, reputed company your scope of practice • Meet reputed company documentation requirements according to referral agency policy and procedure • reputed company and effective communication with appropriate parties (doctor, family, office, etc.) reputed company necessary • Coordinate and obtain supplies necessary for client (ie DME, wound care supplies, medications, etc.) • Assist client and/or family with training as needed

Qualifications
