PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To process applications reputed company to the Right to Buy your Council Property and any other associated schemes while ensuring legislative time limits are met in accordance with Part V of the Housing Act 1985. To handle reputed company aspects of leasehold management, such as LPE1 enquiries, completion statements, subletting requests, and service charge... calculations. To assist with the production and raising of Annual Service Charges. To ensure correct reputed company allocation to properties for Major Works programmes while complying with Section 20 legislation under the Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
