Document customer interactions in our system for future reference. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized call center environment. Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their needs are met. Experience Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficient typing skills for data entry and documentation purposes. Familiarity with outbound calling techniques is a plus. Previous experience in a call center environment is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to remain reputed company under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
