What Does An Entry Level Enrollment Representative Do? • Engage directly with customers and clients on a daily basis to effectively showcase Verizon’s product features and benefits • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales contracts, and installation appointments • Answer customer inquiries in a comprehensive and professional manner, and confidently overturn any objections that may arise during the sales process • Negotiate sales contracts to ensure customers are receiving services that meet their needs, and sales revenue is being maximized • Attend training onsite and virtual Entry Level Enrollment Representative training sessions to sharpen customer service and sales skills • Monitor customer contact rates and sales data, reporting any feedback on areas of improvement to Senior Management What Does An Entry Level Enrollment Representative Need to Succeed? • High school diploma or GED • 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality • Customer-centric mindset with a drive for meeting/exceeding sales goals • Desire to develop new skills both professionally and personally • Ability to commute to our onsite Melville location • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed What’s In It For You? • Comprehensive in-house training • Competitive bonuses and performance incentives • Energetic, team-centric environment • Consistent performance reviews with Senior Management • Local, national, and even international travel opportunities!
