Amazon International Account Manager - Amazon Germany / EU Position Overview... In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing expansion efforts and success drivers of our Health and Wellness brands on the Amazon Germany / EU marketplace. The Amazon International Account Manager, Germany / EU will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing Amazon accounts, particularly in the Consumables category and in international marketplaces, and will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations, execute strategic initiatives, and manage budgets effectively. Objectives & Responsibilities: • Amazon Germany / EU Account Management: Oversee and manage the Amazon Germany / EU seller accounts for our portfolio of Health and Wellness brands, ensuring optimal performance, sales growth, profitability metrics and brand visibility. • Third-Party Collaboration: Work closely with third-party partners, including suppliers, distributors, and service providers, to ensure smooth operations, proper compliance, and the successful execution of strategies. • Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for Amazon Germany / EU operations, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and align with each brand’s financial goals. • Amazon FBA Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) to effectively plan and forecast inventory management, logistics, and fulfillment processes. • International Expansion: Lead brand initiatives for international Amazon expansion, leveraging your experience to identify growth opportunities and navigate challenges in new markets. • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze account performance metrics, identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance profitability. Present regularly to brand teams and leadership on performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to brand management and market penetration in Germany / EU. Skills & Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Amazon account management, with a focus on FBA and international markets. Experience managing Amazon Germany / EU accounts is highly preferred. • Skills: Exceptional project management is a must. Proficiency in working with third-party partners, strong budget management skills, and a deep understanding of Amazon FBA operations. • International Expansion: Proven track record of successfully expanding brands on Amazon in international markets. Experience with Amazon Germany / EU is highly desired. • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
