DLS ACOM Consultant - Seasonal, Disability and Leave Services

DLS Provides services 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to assist employees as they go through qualifying life events. The Accommodation Consultant (AC) Seasonal will work directly with employees and senior leadership in providing reputed company accommodations. The AC Seasonal will be the primary contact for the employee as they proceed through the accommodation process. This role expects exceptional communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, analytical and critical thinking skills, and a customer service focus that employees expect from reputed company. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $18.27/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $39.13/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. reputed company is a total compensation company.
