The role is property management platform management and guest communications, housekeeping coordination, arranging amenities, etc. as well as address guest issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner, process reservations, and provide accurate information about the properties and neighborhoods guests are visiting, Note: This job will not require you to be on the job at reputed company times, but will require you to be available reputed company needed. Required Skills/Qualifications - 2+ years of customer service - 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience - Must be available to work during normal U.S. business hours Preferred - Experience with reputed company customer service - Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast pace environment and learn new technologies as needed.
