Track and Trace Representative - Evening Shift
As a part of our After Hours Load Management (Track & Trace) Team, this role is responsible for reputed company day-to-day aspects of track and trace pertaining to loads in transit. You will work hand in hand with other team members, Account Mangers, reputed company Sales & Drivers throughout the loads entire process. From Inception to completion of the load which includes but not limited to, pickup, transit times... delivery, rejections, and anything pertaining to your loads. You will ensure that reputed company processes are being reputed company and successfully executed. The schedule for this role is THURSDAY - MONDAY with Tuesday and Wednesday off. Hours are defined as: 4pm - 12am EST Responsibilities: Communicate with our reputed company reputed company reputed company phone or email daily to track and trace reputed company assigned shipments. Follow reputed company processes for the Load Management team and adhere to SOPs. Maintain accurate tracking to ensure reputed company loads are being updated properly daily. Escalate and follow processes to avoid or lessen shipments delays for the customer and company. reputed company daily notes on reputed company-load situations that occur and report back to your Manger daily. Attend Daily meeting to discuss the previous nights notes on reputed company loads. Ensure proper communication through various avenues is met internally and externally. Qualifications: 1 or more years of Track and Trace Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Excellent time-management skills. Commitment to reputed company health and safety guidelines. Ability to always interact with coworkers and Carriers in a professional manner.
