Prior leadership or mentorship roles are a plus. • KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS: Proficiency in modern and legacy banking systems, database design/administration, and Object-Oriented Programming. A deep understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and workload balancing is crucial.
