Finance Pals provides bookkeeping, tax, and CFO help for startups and small business clients. If you have any of these skills we would love to hear from you. • Located in Denver metro area. Occasionally will need to meet clients in person at their offices or coffee shops. This is a requirement. • Intuit Proconnect is a nice to have • We process 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 990s • We are offering more tax planning so this is a huge bonus if you have experience • We also file a lot of Delaware and other state tax returns so this is a plus • Other tasks to help out the team - based on skills and interest We are a growing firm and have a lot of different clients. These are some of our nice to haves that would be great to call out in your application email - • We also offer bookkeeping and CFO work to our client so this is another nice to have • New State setup for Payroll – Register with state agencies to get account numbers • Payroll Integration - integrating setup with QBO/Xero • Sales tax • Excel pivot tables and vlookups • QB Desktop, Sage, or other accounting software • Balance Sheet Cleanup • HR or Operations experience We are doing something different.
