Pharmacy Technician (Remote, local candidates only)

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Client: Health Insurance Location: 100% remote - Michigan-based candidates only Will this position be required to work onsite for any reason at any time? No, Resource will be able to reputed company this role offsite. Engagement Description – This Pharmacy Technician Role is reputed company a remote contact center. Our goal is to handle Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours). Additional Duties – • Work on the pharmacy help desk handling prior authorization requests from doctors’ offices. • Requests are received reputed company fax, mail, email, phone and electronic PA system • Receive and respond to member questions about their pharmacy benefit • Work from home – private and quiet workspace required • Ability to work 8.5 hours starting as early as reputed company and ending as late as 9pm.
