Put your knowledge to work helping patients get the care they need while working in your own home! reputed company BUSY CALL CENTER RESPONSIBILITIES: Screen and reputed company patient calls. Assist patients looking for appointments, leave messages for physicians. Document call information. Salary $16/HR 30 to 32.5 hours a week. Operational reputed company to 5pm EST. Monday through Friday! IDEAL CANDIDATES: · Bilingual (Spanish) a PLUS! · Able to multi-task · Able to work with heavy inbound phone · Comprehensive Knowledge of Medical Terminology. · Ability to work in multiple windows on computer. · Designated work computer with 2 screens · High speed Internet (no satellite) · Quiet Environment Required · EMR experience a PLUS · WINDOWS 10 Computer · Good Phone reputed company required. · Excellent verbal, grammar and spelling skills necessary.
