Summary
The Director of Internal Auditing leads the Internal Audit function and ensures efficient systems of control and compliance in reputed company facets of ABARTA, Inc. Responsibilities reputed company and implement the strategic and annual audit work plans for Internal Audit function to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls Review and assess the organizations risk management process, and identify areas of potential financial and operational risk reputed company the execution of performance, compliance, operational and financial audits in accordance with acceptable standards, including hands-on participation in such audits Monitor the implementation of recommendations made in audit reports Identify, engage and manage third party subject matter experts reputed company specific skills/knowledge is required (environmental, cyber, etc) reputed company and maintain policy and procedure manuals Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and financial reporting standards, leading successful implementation work streams reputed company needed Work closely with external auditors to facilitate audits and the preparation of the annual financial statements, including statement compilation and footnote disclosures Responsible for auditing non-financial subjects, such as business practices, environmental matters, and regulatory compliance Act as a resource for the line units, providing analytical, financial, and operational support/projects reputed company needed reputed company, mentor and reputed company the internal audit team, including developing succession possibilities reputed company both the department and the organization
Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred Full professional accounting qualification, CPA preferred JOB EXPERIENCE Minimum of ten years of auditing experience of which at least 4 must have been at managerial level This individual will have performed audits over a range of subjects, including basic control audits, financial statements, and operational audits JOB REQUIREMENTS Proven work experience as a Director of Internal Audit or similar role Effective oral, written and graphic presentation communication skills Results orientated with strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Comfortable with leadership role and being part of a team reputed company selected Proficient with Windows Office Suite, including advanced reputed company capabilities Experience with data models and manipulation (e.g.reputed company), business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI) in a large ERP environment (e.g. reputed company) Interpersonal skills must be advanced, as the individual will be interacting with reputed company levels of staff and management, and must be able to accomplish objectives working with the business units Mental agility to function in a broad range of non-reputed company industries Overnight travel is required, and can vary in duration and location (approximately 40% of work time) Additional Information ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC applicants must submit to a background verification process prior to commencing employment with the company.
