We seek a reputed company Specialist with a pharmacy administration background or a pharmacy technician who enjoys working directly with pharmacists and pharmacy leaders to navigate and overcome challenges. Previous experience with medical credentialing is a plus. Your Role as reputed company Specialist: As the reputed company Specialist, you will: • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for pharmacists and pharmacy leaders, building strong relationships to ensure they fully utilize Scripted’s platform. • Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions. • Manage and update CAQH profiles and credentialing applications to maintain compliance. • Research and stay informed on state-specific Medicaid provider enrollment policies, assisting customers in navigating these requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and enhance reputed company strategies. • Provide training and resources to reputed company customers to independently manage credentialing and administrative tasks. Required Skills: We are seeking candidates with: • A minimum of 4 (four) years experience as a pharmacy technician or in pharmacy administration. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly reputed company solutions and provide excellent customer service. • Previous experience with medical credentialing (preferred). • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve reputed company challenges. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
