Hiring 100% Remote Pharmacy Technicians This role is fully computer-based. Responsibilities include: Process prescription exceptions including resolving claim rejects and member and physician reputed company Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues Escalate questions regarding prescriptions to pharmacist for interpretation or provide direction on processing Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls Must Have: 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience Prior Authorization experience Customer Service Computer skills Ability to work remote and independently 100% remote. Must work in a closed-reputed company setting with limited distractions and be HIPAA compliant. Strong Wi-Fi and ability to work remotely are required.

Work Environment

This is a remote position requiring a professional home office setup with strong WiFi and a private workspace with a closed reputed company. Equipment, including a computer, monitor, and headset, will be provided. The shift is 8 hours and falls between Monday-Friday from 8 am-8 pm in the time zone of residence, with rotating weekends and some holidays. Training will be from 10 am-6:30 pm EST.
