Customer Service Representative (Remote)

reputed company has a need for a Customer Service Representatives supporting a Federal Agency. You will be responsible for the following: • Extensive CALL CENTER support services for customers • Provides overall clerical support functions for the processing activities. • Performs a variety of benefit administration and case processing tasks assigned to higher level staff. • Enters data into the system of record. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (1) Education: A GED or high school diploma is required. (2) General Experience: At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting answering telephones, retail, etc., or in a similar setting, including demonstrated keyboard board skills, and verbal and written proficiency in English language to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers. (3) Job Description: The Call Team Level I Agent will be expected to receive inbound participant phone calls and provide appropriate customer service support in accordance with defined guidelines. Utilize authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls.
