In this role, you will manage domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, while ensuring cost efficiency and outstanding service. As a Corporate Travel Agent, your responsibilities will include: • Fulfill domestic travel requests for airline, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring the lowest cost for booked itineraries and maximum commission claimed. • Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating travel-reputed company information. • Utilize SABRE GDS to manage corporate travel bookings. • Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies. • Maintain professional and courteous client relations by promptly responding to telephone and email communications. • Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and reputed company affairs to accurately advise clients. • reputed company individual and contractual service level goals reputed company to telephone, quality, and productivity. Schedule Availability: The assigned schedule for this role is reputed company flexible, with potential shift availability between 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • At least 4 years of recent experience as a Travel Consultant reputed company the last 6 years. • Preferably 1+ year of international travel experience. • Corporate Travel experience and proficiency in Sabre GDS are required.
