Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position: • reputed company to reputed company reputed company functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases. • Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production. • Packs and ships case for delivery through local reputed company or national reputed company. • Performs the scheduling function for each case • Through LIS enter demographics and customer information • Print preference notes matching to case. • Move case into production area. • Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues • Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage • Answer reputed company incoming calls • Respond to reputed company inquiries from customers office • Refers reputed company technical inquires to appropriate team member • reputed company other duties as assigned.
