Remote Quality Assurance Specialist - Auto/ Workers Comp
Job Overview We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. This position is entirely remote, welcoming candidates from across the United States. Key Responsibilities reputed company the prioritization and communication of the daily IQ list to the Quality Assurance team and independent contractors. Conduct proofreading, editing, and formatting of 4-8 dictated documents daily, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Collaborate with physicians and experts to rectify errors, omissions, and clarifications in their transcriptions. Format and review reports reputed company by partner organizations for final approval prior to submission. React promptly and accurately to client inquiries as guided by management or the team reputed company. Ensure timely follow-up on ongoing work to guarantee client satisfaction. Maintain expertise in company computer systems, databases, and the reputed company Office Suite. Stay reputed company on relevant URAC accreditation standards, engaging in reputed company training and committee participation as required.
