In this role, you will manage user-generated content across various social media platforms, ensuring that all interactions adhere to community guidelines while promoting a positive atmosphere. Responsibilities: • Assist in monitoring and reviewing user-generated content across different social media platforms to ensure compliance with community standards. • Evaluate posts, comments, and messages, making decisions regarding content approval, flagging, or removal. • Learn to document and report policy violations, including spam and inappropriate behavior. • Respond to user inquiries under supervision, providing clarification and support regarding community rules. • Work closely with the social media team to gain insights into user engagement and content trends. • Maintain records of moderation actions to support performance analysis. • Stay informed on basic trends and best practices in social media moderation. Requirements: • Strong written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. • A willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced digital environment. • Attention to detail and the ability to assess content as per guidelines. • Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment. • Basic familiarity with social media platforms is preferred but not essential. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • No prior experience is required; we provide training and support for your growth.
