About the job Work Location: Onsite in Powai, Mumbai, India Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am -5:30pm for 2-6 weeks in December 2024/January 2025 Language Requirements: English and Marathi (Bilingual/Native) Task Description: This is an onsite position for a freelance Data Entry Operator/Moderator to assist in our data collection project As a Content Moderator/Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibility will be welcoming the voluntary participants to our data collection project and leading them through the data collection session, ensuring that the audio recordings adhere to the project guidelines. Another major task will be to upload the data and convey session details to the project team. Your collaboration on this project will contribute towards our efforts to improve our client’s speech recognition system.

Responsibilities

Understanding project provided documentation to assist participants Interacting with participant(s) and leading them through the data collection session Acknowledging and resolving participants’ issues, escalate unsolved issues Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reputed company the targeted daily goal Convey sessions details to the Project Manager and Production team Communicating and coordinating with project team Interact with various hardware & software This is an on-site role Moderator Skills Required Moderator must be able to speak clearly and naturally Moderator must be fluent in both the language of collection and English Moderator must have some technical proficiency capable of using a Mac, iPhone, and comfortable working with Terminal in macOS Moderator must be good with troubleshooting problems and finding solutions Moderator is required to update a spreadsheet-based tracker with details about each participant’s session It’s critical this tracker is updated accurately and completely Moderators must be available for the whole duration of project (2-3 weeks since beginning of project) Working hours 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Task Description: Understanding project provided documentation to assist participants Interacting with participant(s) and leading them through data collection projects Acknowledging and resolving participants’ issues, escalate unsolved issues Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reputed company the targeted daily goal Using Client tools to label/tag data Convey sessions details to the Project Manager and Production team Communicating and coordinating with project team Interact with various hardware & software If you are interested in this Freelance Role then alternatively you can send an email with your CV to Raj Shirke[Vendor Manager] at rshirke@reputed company.com.
