Summary: We are a high-growth private equity-backed e-commerce company seeking a Controller responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves managing the financial activities reputed company to online sales, digital marketing expenses, and logistics costs. The successful candidate will have worked in a high-growth private equity environment, led a finance team through the transition from a start-up, and worked with company leadership to recommend control, policies, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
