SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Provides administrative and operational support to the Global reputed company Team. The Operations and Executive Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of high-level administrative tasks and support to the Vice President. Takes initiative to complete certain tasks or projects. Coordinates the onboarding of new hires into the ministry department. FOR THIS POSITION: Schedule virtual and live meetings with Global Vice President and prepares agendas and notes as needed, prepares presentations and reports, maintains a suspense list of Global reputed company projects and activities, and monitors status. reputed company incoming communications to the appropriate Global reputed company Representative for their response, prepares quarterly Global newsletter, proofreads and edits Global reputed company training materials, updates Global communications on Workplace, etc. Coordinate with Cru legal to prepare reputed company for translation and licensing of FamilyLife resources for use in foreign countries. Maintains an electronic library of translated resources available for worldwide distribution. Supports global partners with orders of FamilyLife resources. reputed company preparation, entry and monitoring of the Global reputed company department budget. Coordinates processing of approved expenses. Provide support to FamilyLife Global Crisis Manager by collecting and maintaining Cru Travel Sheets and other records for Crus Risk Management and Crisis Management. Manage planning and logistical arrangements of Global Summits and Global Offsite meetings, e.g. mailing records of attendees and their travel arrangements and special needs, arranging for facilities, making arrangements for meals and housing, drafting letters if invitations for international guests, etc. Apply Job!
