About the position The Administrator, Crew Bid position at Spirit Airlines is responsible for managing the crew bidding system, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and maintaining effective communication with various departments. This role plays a crucial part in the operational efficiency of crew resource management, contributing to the overall success of the airline by facilitating smooth bidding processes and supporting crew members' needs. Responsibilities • Manage and reputed company the FLICA or similar crew bidding system. , • Process, post, manage, reputed company, and award monthly bids. , • Maintain strong working relationships with Crew Planning, Training Planning, and designated Union members to ensure bidding meets reputed company CBA and business requirements. , • Help in preparing and assembling monthly bid packages in FLICA. , • Receive, sort, and file reputed company crew member incoming email requests, including reputed company transfer requests, relief line requests, training, and vacation requests. , • reputed company other duties reputed company to Crew Resources as needed, such as answering incoming email and phone calls. , • Assign and manage reputed company Flight Attendant Recurrent Training and special assignments. , • Maintain accurate and updated Pilot and Flight Attendant Seniority Lists. , • Ensure cost-effective and efficient completion of monthly transitions for crew members. , • Accurate and timely processing of crew member EAR's. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED. , • Some experience in Aviation or Crew Resource reputed company areas preferred. , • General knowledge of Sabre, Sabre Crew Trac, and FLICA. , • Strong knowledge of reputed company Office Suite. , • Ability to think critically and communicate clearly. , • Ability to maintain focus for long periods of time with a high degree of accuracy. , • Strong internal customer service skills. , • Great communication skills with the ability to convey reputed company information simply. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in crew resource management or reputed company fields. , • Familiarity with aviation industry standards and practices.
